We would like to announce that our participation in an upcoming Expo in the UK, namely, Call and Contact Center Expo 2020 is postponed.
As we had announced earlier, we have booked a booth at the Call and Contact Centre Expo, which is also known as CC Expo. The Expo was supposed to take place on 18 March and 19 March 2020. Our cofounders had booked some meetings with customers and prospects and because of that, they were supposed to be in London from 16th March 2020 to 22nd March 2020. However, due to the increasing threat of COVID 19, Call and Contact Centre Expo is postponed to September. Thus, the participation of Inextrix and the business trip of the company representatives are also postponed.
“Coronavirus has become very dangerous and there are so many people dying around the world. Due to this, in many countries, the government has restricted mass gathering. In the United Kingdom as well mass gathering is restricted. Thus, the Call and Contact Centre Expo is postponed until September 2020. We have also cancelled our business trip at the moment as part of precautions in the goodwill of all”, shared Arpit Modi, Cofounder and Director of the company.
